Hello,
I had been driving for about 20 minutes and all was fine. I stopped at a light and the car stalled. The car has never stalled before. It started right back up but went into limp mode. I had it towed to the mechanic who found a P1260 - security iput code but could not find any issues. He drove it a lot and the problem would not reoccure.

Does anyone have any insights or similar experience? Thanks

Is it possible the car could have stalled due to an unrelated issue (fuel filter?) which set off the theft system and put the car into to a disabled mode?
thanks for any help

Commonly an air leak, such as a hose that flexes.

Watching fuel trims may show it.

Any stall should set a code (P1582) that can only be read by OE diags.
