Default starts up rough

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum. I recently purchased a 2003 x type 2.5 I'm in love with it and want to do whatever it takes to make it perfect. It runs great but when I first start her up she sounds rough after I let her run for 15 mins or so she sounds great. Any ideas what I can do? Can it be as simple as a tune-up?... Thanks in advance

It could be as simple as a tune up.
I assume you have no codes on the engine (dash CEL is not lit), correct?

next time you start it cold push the gas pedal up and down a few times before starting the car,if that solves it ,then may have a sticking throttle plate you may need to clean it
