the car has done this for a while, but i've been busy fixing the other issues it had. Now it's time to tackle this before the snow comes.

When i first start the car for the day, i can hear kind of a screeching/ rumbling sound coming somewhere from the front end (i think), it mostly goes away if i put it into gear, and comes back again if i put it back into park. I can hear it when i start moving for about 10 seconds, then it seems to go away totally. The sound is not very loud, and is not rythmical...has me stumped!.

it's not the sound that a loose belt would make, and i only notice it when i first start the car for the day. The rest of the day it's fine

I need to have someone sit in the car and change gear while i'm outside looking and listening, but for now i'm just looking for any ideas
