Default Switching seats.

In the (new to us) 2007 Jag that we just got there is a mostly manual
passenger seat: it has one power control. We miss the 8 way (10 way?)
seat of the old car. So I was thinking of upgrading the passenger seat.
The driver seat is already fully electric. So I have some questions:

Is the big connector under the front of the seat the only electrical connection?

Is the connector wired for all features even when the seat does not have that feature?

Do all power seats have power recliner?

Are all seats from all model years the same electrically?

What problems should I look for at a junk yard?

Thanks for any suggestions or advice,
Pete.
