paul, from my experience, normally a drip like this is from a connection of metal tubing to rubbing tubing. The best advice that I can give you is to first look up from where the drips are coming from. Follow the trail of fluid to the point that it stops Look at this point. If you have a connection near that point, then odds are, that is where your problems is. If the drips are coming from the power steering pump, then odds are you have a bad seal on the power steering pump. If it is a hose, simply replace the length of hose, refill the power steering reservoir and then start the engine. Move the steering wheel from lock to lock a few times. This will move the fluid through the system and remove all the air bubbles. Check the level and refill if necessary. Don't forget to check the connection to make sure that it isn't leaking still.

It may be worthwhile to have a greenie (scrubbing pad like you use for dishes) handy. When you remove the hose, clean up the metal connection to get rid of any rust/gunk. This will help ensure a good seal when you reassemble everything.

If it is the power steering pump, then replacement is about the only option. Again, fill the system, turn the wheel a few times and recheck level.
