I just read this http://hubpages.com/hub/MPG-Of-11-25...03-2005-Jaguar and I couldn't disagree more. jaguars get way
better MPG than any of these six tests show! He's a lunatic!

Most of the X-Type numbers look pretty good to me. Granted, the hypermiler mileage seems a bit high. I would liketo know what they are doing to get mileage like that. Are they pulling the NASCAR trick of every time you are not on the gas you are turning off the engine and letting the car coast? I could possibly see say 33 mpg,not 42 mpg, for someone really trying to maximize mileage.

bojangles, that was all MPG (US). I will have to go back and double check, but I think I was looking at the correct numbers. Granted, they put so many different numbers all side by side. Kinda makes it hard to keep it all straight. A simple table would have probably made things a lot easier to understand and keep it all straight. Oh well, not my webpage.
