Default Throttlebody signal..

OK I am trying to troubleshoot a p0122 an p0222. I took cover off side of throttle body and inspected gears all looks clean. I check continuity between plug terminals and inside cover where it feeds gear all good. I am getting no voltage at the throttle body. So I am assuming its not my throttle body but somewhere before. Does signal just go from pedal->ECU->throttle body?

Whats the easiest way to check to be sure signal is leaving pedal. What other things could cause the voltage to be killed to throttle body.

Is there any good places to get wiring diagrams ect. I hate to ask a million questions if i can find info.

The wiring diagrams for X-Type model years can be found at Gus' site JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource
