Default Timing engine (2003 x-type 2.5L v6)

Hello,
I’m attempting to get my engines intake and exhaust cams back into the right position for timing and am having trouble finding accurate service information. Is there anyone with experience/knowledge that can assist? The cams are marked but the chain marks have faded, here’s a picture for reference

Thank You and apologies in advance for my ignorance!

Refer to section 2-5 for information on the camshaft timing.

Since you’ve got it all apart, why would you not install new timing chains with readable marks?
It would be minimal extra cost.
