It could be something as simple as low fluid...It has been my experience that Jaguar is a little stingy with the fluids..and are in most cases low throughout the drivetrain..

Thats exactly what I am noticing on my x-type too, I became to believe its the x type characteristics when accellerating on corners . it looses grip then rev's up to pick up.

check the transfer case level , mine was mis diagnosed as a tranny a transfer case drain and refill solved the problem
Ignorant female here.....How do you check this? Is it the transmission fluid level?

at the dealer right now for this for the 2nd time

the first time they recommended a fuel filter change, fuel injector and throttle body service - which was done, and the hesitation kept happening

the dealer could not find the problem, the tech even took it home for the evening and still could not feel the problem - I am seriously at a loss on this one. and this could be very expensive down the line

very disappointed
