Default Transfer case

Have 95 type l... Just put my transfer case back onto the differential... just occurred to me.. is there suppose to be a seal or gasket between the TC and differential???

Julian, no there shouldn't be. Both have seals on the ends of their output/input shafts and therefore, there should not be any fluid in that void that would necessitate a seal.
