Hey guys im new to this forum. I just bought my first 2003 X-Type jaguar 3.0 L and my mechanic sais I need to get a "transfer case Y bracket" because mine is missing it. I have googled it many times and cannot find it under "transfer case y bracket, transfer case support bracket, transfer case mount, transfer case adapter". Im restless and need some input as to where I can find those support brackets. Please someone throw me a bone!?

 

Most likely he is talking about the support strut #13 in the pic. If he is talking about the Cooling duct #18 don't worry because that comes off very easily and most of us have stop replacing it.

 

Thanks for replying. I have been trying to look for this part for over a week now but I have no luck yet. I guess this will have to come from a jaguar dealership because I just cant find this part online.
