Default Transmission...?

Hey everyone,
So I got everything rebuilt in the transmission, filled it full of fluid, let it run for about 10 min. pulled the check level plug and let it drain and drain and drain, about 2 qts... It now acts like there isn't enough fluid in the transmission, third and fourth gear rpms go up and no movement. Is there a special way to fill these transmissions? Whats the symptoms of a transmission that's too full? Of course I cycled it through all the gears several times, and the fluid was 96 degrees when checking it. It still wanted to drain off transmission fluid should I let it?

Was the engine running when you checked the level?

So I was getting P0733, P0734. I tried replacing the solenoids, changing the fluid, putting more fluid in, but to no avail. So, it looks like I'm going to rebuild the transmission. I'll make a video on it, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of transfer case we have? What the model number is, and/or who makes it?
Thanks everyone!!
