Hey guys.. Having more issues with my ride again. I recently (6 Months and about 12,500 Miles ago) had a transmission rebuild done in addition to a whole lot of suspension work as well as a blender motor for my A/C. Well we picked the car up from carmax repair and about 400 miles into driving it the Transmission Fault Light came on and went into Limp mode and would not get out even after restarting the car. I was not driving my sister was and she was able to get it to a mall parking lot. However she forgot to turn off the Hazards and the next morning my car battery was dead. We got it jumped and towed to our trusted mechanic but since the battery died there is no code stored. I don't even want to take it to the shop that did the transmission because they will find something else wrong with it and try to charge me. Even if its just a diagnosis. The car is driving fine from what my jaguar tech says he can't replicate the issue. Any comments would be of great help!

Sounds like you've had a helluva ride so far!

If you dont want to spend more cash, Id invest in a new OBDII scanner then take it form there, the guys here are great with faultcodes!!!

have you bought a new battery now, or is the original just charged up and you are okay to go?

PS and a big PS, if you've only done 400 miles, you surely have a warranty and if the car was ready to go and youve insured she's roadworthy, then you need to go back, I certainly would and I would also be looking at exactly what parts they replaced?
