Default Trunk release button & Retained accessory power

Just got my 03 S type and can't seem to get the truck (boot) to open from the interior button on the dash even with the key on. The fob opens it as well as the key. The button on the truck does not work either! I looked in the owners manual thinking that there is a fuse just for this. Didn't seem to find one, but maybe I missed it. I did find a fuse for the cig lighter/12v power socket that was out....now they are working just fine.

The retained accessory power doesn't seem to work either. When the CD/radio is working it shuts off when the key is removed with all doors closed. Would there be a fuse for this as well? Does something need to be programed to get it to work/set the number of minutes it keeps power after the key is out/or turned off?

Thanks for any help that any of you might have for me.
Gary

Default Sorry, this should have been in the 'S' type category since my car is an 03 Stype

My newly acquired car is an Stype, not an X type. I was in too big of a hurry. Sorry.
