Default Turn signals not working

Anyone else have this problem? I've replaced fuses, relays, turn signal switch, bulbs, Gem module, and even down to the fuse panel itself. Anyone else have any good ideas that I may have over looked? The funny thing is is that the 4 way flasher work, so I know its not the turn signal bulbs. Any ideas?

Could you please tell us the year of your car. If it is a 2004, we also need to know the month/year it was built (this info is in the driver's door jam). There are slight changes over the years, so, knowing year is important. From the sounds of things, you most likely have a bad wire between the fuse box and the turn signal stalk, but we will figure that out once we get a bit more information.

Let me look at my diagrams later and I will give you some ideas of where to look and likely potentials for your cause.
