Default vibration type noise after fixing a flat

I saw that my rear tire was low on air so I stopped at a gas station. Iasked the attendent if they had air and he pointed to the pump as I drove away he told me I had a screw in my tire and asked if I wanted it fixed I say sure. He jacks it up and uses an air tool to remove 4 lugs but one needed a torque wrench.
He had a tough time getting the tire off, pulling side to side a lot but finally got it off. He removed the screw put in a plug and replaced the tire. Now I hear this noise and can't figure out what's wrong. Seems to drive ok but this humming type noive has me nervous. Could something have got damaged. Any thoughts.

Was the wheel rebalanced after the repair? Just one possibility.

No I thought at first it was the actual plug. It's a really annoying noise sounds like more than just an out of balance tire. Thanks for the input.

I'm starting to think the noise is from the drive shaft. Could it be possible that all the pulling on the tire moved something in the drive train?
