Water pump tensioner assembly
Hi All,
I spent 1/2 an hour searching for water pump tensioner assembly through the posts on here - in retrospect I could probably have found the part number in the Service Guide here - oh well :-)
The factory part number apparently is: W0133-1826500
and here are two links to the part:

Hopefully this saves someone else the trouble.
