well I don't know if I like it...
I was not sure where to post this so I guess here is as good as anywhere..
The S-Type may be gone, The X-Type may only be sold new in the UK, but I guess all of us will have a chance to buy what I think is the new "XJ" or a cross of a S-Type/XF... What do you guys think?

Or maybe this is the new XJ...

You would think they would have more information out on a car they are going to start buildng in the next few months.

I like the looks of the car from below the side windows on down. But, to me, it seems like the top has been chopped and won't leave much room for the taller people (above about 5'6"). I know in my X-type, my head just misses the ceiling and I'm only 6' tall. I will admit I like to sit upright in vehicles, but that is so I am not laying back, wanting ot drift off to sleep. Looking at that car, the side windows are very short, so, unless they are building the sides up really high, I think it is going to be a headache (literally) for taller people. Probably good for the soccer moms, but not good for any male.

I dont know... I kinda like it. I wish the x-type had a high window line like the Chrysler 300 C. I love that design. What do you guys think? you guys a fan of the high window line?
Don't think they'll be making the top car as it is pretty similar to the xf. Don't think they want to keep that the grill that is similar to the s-type grill. The second one is sweet but who said either were to be manufactured soon? I haven't heard/seen anything about it???
