what coolant do i need to use to top up

I had a bad experience from used wrong coolant on my car, the consequence is its break my head gaskets, I do the repair myself over a year ( on and of and due to a stroke) and still working on it. So my two cents is use the correct coolant. Your owner manual should has this information.
