2002 x-type I'm think its a sensor of some kind . I was replacing the battery and I removed the battery box to clean and this sensor was just laying in the corner of the fender. its on the driver side and the car is a left hand drive.
the car was in a fender bender with a guard rail on the right side and has sat up on blocks all winter . and we are putting her back together again by a high school Bosces class and we have tcm alarm 1643 and a airbag alarm . not sure if that has anything to do with them but more information the better.
I know I'm missing the front airbag sensor. where can I buy one of them.
And does the airbag sensor plug in buy the driver side front tire ?
