Default whining, below 50km/h

So i've had my car back for a week or two, and the cars pulling abit to the right, the damaged side. But it had down this before and that front passenger right wheel is running ont he spare, which i different then the winters i have ont he rest, could this be it. it pulled to the left before the curb incident too.

And yesterday is was -23, and i hadn't started the car for at least 6 hours, when i started it and drove home, there was a whine as the car decelerated below 50, without applying brakes, with brakes there was no niose. The whine is very faint.

Did the sound go away after a while?

If the car hasn't been driven much lately you might just have some corrosion built up on the rotors and the pads are scrubbing the stuff off, slowly. At -23 things start to work a little differently as I'm sure you are aware. Your calipers might not even be fully retracting after you let off the brakes.
