As for your issue it sounds like it might be the prop shaft carrier bearing. Some members have found out that by greasing it the noise would go away. Do a search on here as there is a ton of information about that very subject. See if that sounds like your issue. More annoying than anything serious if that is what you are hearing.

Or it could be something as simple as one of the windows failing to close right up. If it's open by 1/8 inch, you won't see that from inside, so check from outside, but a small gap will create a loud whistle at the speeds you give.
To reset the windows, press and hold the down button until the window is fully down and you hear a click. Hold the up button until the window is fully up and you hear another click. That should be it. If not, disconnect the battery for 10 secs and then reset all the windows as above.
