Will a 2001 X-Type navigation fit a 2002 X-Type?

Would I be making a mistake if I purchase a 2001 navigation system to fit my 2002 xtype?

Yes, it should fit with no problem (always assuming that your 2002 was fitted with navigation at the factory).

It will fit, but if your 02 doesn't have Nav. it have no connector to plug in.
