Won't Rev Past 3k, System Too Lean (w/ video)
If you have no air leaks and good spark (not being detected as misfires), the ECM must be calling for fuel and not getting what it expects as an output from the injectors and throwing the errors based on what the 02 sensors are advising it of the exhaust outcome.
The fact it is both banks, you are likely looking for a common issue to all injectors.
That might be pointing to a fuel delivery or fuel pressure issue.
Can you get a reading on the fuel rail pressure sensor?
You could have a clogged fuel filter (tucked into chassis just in froth of Right rear wheel), bad fuel pump or bad fuel pump control module. However I would have expected you to get some additional codes if pump was under delivering.
Failing that, then it might be that the ECM is being misdirected to read from a incorrect portion of the fuel table, which could be related to misreading of the MAF sensor.
Note: each injector also has its own fine fuel filter incorporated, so if you had bad fuel with a contaminant get through somehow, you might have injectors that cannot pass enough fuel through even if the rail fuel pressure is good.
Has the car sat in storage for an extended period and perhaps had fuel issue develop since being brought back out onto the road?
