Default X-type 2004 Overheating?

Hello all.
X-type 2004 , 3.0 Automatic Trans.
is this overheating ?
this is a 2004 3.0 automatic transmission.

this is what has been done :
water pump changed
cooling fans hocked directly (running at full speed, both of them)
Leaks Fixed upper radiator hose replaced
Thermostat Removed from housing, to isolate thermostat being a problem)

the temp. goes up when i switch the A/C on, it keep s going up, i switch it off, it goes down
if i park the car, temp does not go up , but slowly starts going down.
The highest it reached before i turn the AC off was 233F (112C)
here are the pictures.
Please Share your input.
Thank you.
p.s. Battery is new, 80A, fans blowing at full speed (Fan control Module off line, directly connected to battery, this was to isolate fan control module being a problem)

Outside Temp (112F = 44C)

Coolant Temp. (221F = 105C)

I would very much appreciate it if you guys tell me how much your temp reads on a hot day with A/C on, normal driving.
and without A/C. I need to establish a base line for my readings, it could be that the radiator is just not big enough, for this heat.

The Temp. here rises to 50C, that is HOT!
You can tell when the car is overheating from the sound of the engine. it starts to make this hissing sound when you accelerate.
When i start the car, temperature rises normally.
When it reaches 99C, if i do not turn on the A/C, and do not rev it up down the road( if i keep the RPM below 1500RPM) the temp stays in that range, 94~99C
but when i switch the A/C on, AND rev up to 2000 rpm or more, temperature rises beyond 105C (sometimes reaching 111),
if i park the car, A/C on, it could reach 103~105 but once it reaches 107, it starts to go up fast, once that happens, i tuen off the A/C and it back to normal again.
So i doubt it is the sensor.
The reading on the second picture is from Torque, The temperature needle rises above the middle when reading is at 105C, and it reaches 3/4 when at 110c
so Unless you guys
I am left with no options except the radiator , i am looking into taking it out and checking to see if the coolant flow is normal.

Any Suggestions before i do that are much appreciated.

ok, so i am reading through the forum, i found an old thread where thermo suggested the thermostat should be back on, so i will do that and check it out.
Also i will do the flush thermo suggested.

Thanks Thermo.

SOLVED.
let me start by Thanking Thermo who had posted in a different post his view on a similar issue to mine and strongly suggested that the thermostat should be installed. So i took his advice, and i had the new one sitting in the box from several months ago. So i installed the new thermostat housing with a new thermostat and to my surprise... it worked. As thermo suggested, the coolant needs to be held back with the thermostat to be able to do the heat exchange, in my case, the coolant was flowing faster than it should be and was not removing heat from the engine.

Results :

I was running between 105~111 C ( never allowed it to go higher, i would stop the engine, turn the A/C off, ....) , After i installed the thermostat, (performed a coolant flush before hand) , i drove home with the A/C on and it was between 95 to 98 C ...outside temp was 45 C so that was a great accomplishment. All these readings are using Torque Pro on an android 10" DVR Mirror.

I have Both cooling fans locked on high speed, running with ignition. i had a bad fan control unit, so i modified it (broke it essentially) and added a relay on each fan that starts it with the ignition, and made the connection inside the box so i do not cut into the wiring of the fans, so far it is doing OK. but i have to monitor my alternator and battery cause i did have a battery light come on last week(before i did the fan control mod). I am looking into making a fan control unit using arduino, and feeding instructions from the existing coolant temperature sensor.
I will have details when i get to it.

So in conclusion : Thank you Thermo for sharing your knowledge

and special thanks to Dell Gailey for being prompt in helping
