x-type 3.0 v6 resonator location?

hello I would like to remove the exhaust resonator on my x-type 3.0, does anyone know where I can find it before I will go to the workshop? is it in the back linked to the mufflers or under the gearbox?

I took mine to a shop to get it taken out but I believe it was right under the driver seat. Just follow your pipes,it looks like a small muffler.
