My jag won't start cranks over and will start if carb cleaner sprayed into air intake is there a test to see whether it my control mod, relay, or fuel pump

Have you checked the fuses and connections? Does vehicle have fuel?

You can download the Workshop Manual from this forum and also search other threads with this topic.
