x type headlight leveling
I know there is a hex screw located in the hood to adjust the headlight level, but on my driver's side of the car it does not work. The interior of the headlight is loose and not on "track" I have taken off the cap behind the light and have felt it wiggle a lot. Does anyone know how to fix this and get the light back on "track"?
You may have broken the adjuster in there - from what I found they are very fragile. One of mine were broken before I replaced both lens and duct tape on the adjuster worked just fine. Not an easy manouver with the lens still in the car. What I did was line up both plastic pieces and wrapped it with duct tape and it worked fine and held it still.
I am going to be doing the hid upgrade this weekend if I have time - looks like it went pretty well for you so far!

YES IT BROKEN AND IF YOU TAKE THE ASSEMBLY APART(BAKE IN OVEN ON LOWEST SETTING FOR MAYBE 10-15 MINTUES OR UNTIL URETHANE SOFTENS) AND USE A REALLY GOOD PLASTIC EPOXY TO GLUE THE POST BACK TOGETHER. OR YOU COULD JUST BUY NEW ONES
Hey Brutal, not to hijack this thread, but one of my screws seems stripped. I had to push it along to get the height right and it caught. But I have an extra lens laying around, is there a way to swap out that piece from inside the lens?
