I was wondering if there was a good place which caters for x types?

I'm looking for:

New 6 speed gearknob
Front and rear mud flaps
Front and rear footwell mats
Boot floor mat
Sill guard/plate (to protect the area where the foot makes contact with getting in and out)
Is there a good service manual other than Haynes?

I just bought a 2006 2.2D, i'm not sure if that makes any odds?
