Have cruise control, but only use it when i dont want to be caught speeding, so usually at night. other then that, really no need for it. And getting to work takes me about 2 hours, and its a 40 mile drive to LA, sumtimes on a bad day, up to 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

I feel your pain on the commute. It takes me 2 hours to drive less than 30 miles from work to home in gridlock traffic; so there's no need for cruise control just some good brakes.

 

Im glad Im not the only one sittin in traffic enjoying my leather seats, (heated when its cold)

 

Speaking of heated seats...my seats stay on for about 10 min than shut off...is that normal?
In the caddy, they stay on till i turm them off whats up with that??

Re the cruise, I got it in the Saab and love it on those long motorway journeys. Its a big miss on the X. As you say, don't often use it, but when you wanna and its not there, its a real bitch.

As for the heated seats, I've been in a few cars that have had them and most of them as far as I know are on some sorta timer.
