Default X-type with rims

Hey guys can anyone post pictures they have found of x-type's with rims? I'm looking for a rim that looks good on it with looking as big as possible. I have found rims similar to the picture below and love it. The off brand is Akuza creepin' but this is the knock off of the foose speedster which is an awesome rim. Love watching overhaulin and I think they'd look sweet. Let me know what y'all think. I don't think they are too ghetto which is why I like them and I'm into the 5-spoke rims I have now suck to clean!

Go to www.tirerack.com
They have the correct rim offset for your jag. Use anyother type rims and you risk the chance of your suspension going out of whack

I've talked to belle tire and discount tire and belle tire has stated that they won't put 20's on the x. At discount there was one guy whom has put 20s on an x already. 20's are too big for the x. I parked next to my buddy's bonneville with 20's and they would seriously be HUGE! The 19 is perfect. I've seen a few with 19's online and like them. I'm really stuck on these foose speedster wheels. I'd get them in 19. I was looking at akuna creepin wheels but i don't like even the rivets in the speedster but the creepins have rivets and these cut out things which would not result in a very easily cleanable wheel! Well see what happens I have til the end of winter to figure it out!

Oh and from my investigations over the last week i've found all of that info. out. 5x108 or 5x4.25 with an offset of at least +45. Overall tire diameter must not be more than 26". The ideal set up is a 18x 7.5 rim. They will allow for 19's at both stores they just don't have a huge supply of them!

Which car are you talking about? The blue one is mine and I photoshoped the wheels on my blue jag from the black one shown. If you look at the pictures they aren't real the only one real is the black jag with those wheels. If you are talking about my konig 17 inch wheels they are same size as the stock aguilla's that come on the car. I had a pair of 18's on my monte carlo I had and they weren't that bad for noise even compared to the 16 inch stock rims. I'd imagine that even 19" wheels won't be much different in this car its already rough and somewhat loud so I don't think it would be much different. You could ask the guys on cardomain.com. You are able to look up x-types only than find people with rims and ask them. You may need to get a registration to ask them though.

I hate chrome all over the car because its like I'm riding in flint, detroit or pontiac. Once you see a big bodied cadiallac here in michigan with chrome on the door handles along the doors, the bottom of the doors, around the lights and anywhere else you learn to hate chrome except for real chrome that are coated on your wheels. Wannabe Thugs here in Michigan think that putting chrome allover your car makes it look PIMP! I think it looks repulsive. I like chrome but I'm not a poser or want to be mistaken for a rap artist. I really like cobra or saleen rims off of mustangs that are 5-spoke racy looking without looking thuggish. Unfortunately these are the closest I can get to it that fit these freakin' cars which is why I asked if anyone knows of anyone that makes rims that fit these cars that change the look of the car. Besides foose' stuff isn't boyz from the hood bling. Look at my buddies bonneville you think those 20's are too blingy for having no other chrome? To me that look is what I want but thats why I'm asking everyone. By the way personally don't care for the rivets but oh well!

I think that black one looks funny too because the website I found the car at says they are 20's. To me 20 is waaay tooooo biggg for this car. 19's look like they were made for these cars and actually most of the jags on the market! I really like the rims on this one I found on cardomain I'll see if I can find the link..........

Yeah those 18's look niiiiiice! They are a perfect size but man I want some 19's on there. My favorite wheel was the mille miglia 19 that has that similar silver look. Nice rims though that has a very nice classy jag look to them! I love the way the curve of the wheel well on these jags forms on the rims and tires!

They have alot of i think they are called rvm wheels on ebay that are black and would go good on your black sport. Seriously though man I would not recommend the ones you posted a link to. That many spokes are soooooooooooo crappy to clean. If you look at the rims I have they are very similar to the ones you showed and they are horrible to clean! My chrome 18's I had were easier to keep clean than the konigs on there right now. I just looked on ebay and they don't have as many rvm wheels for the jag that are black like they had earlier in the summertime. I like the more solid one on ebay with a couple of the silver things. Not in 20's though they'd be way tooo big.

20's do fit with slight mods (ie wheelarches rolled and pulled slightly out) as shown on this 600HP monster with nitrous AND supercharger:-
