Can you swap 04 radio/heater unit for 07 unit with satnav larger screen

 

Tony, can it be done, sure. But, it is not a simple swap. There are a lot of other sensors that you are going to need to get to make the Nav work. Also, you wll need to adapt the ventilation system to make it work. You will be better off going with an aftermarket radio that has Nav in it than trying to convert over. A few members have done the swap, but they also had a second card sitting in their yard and were able to just walk over to the other car and pull what they needed. They may be able to give a more inclusive list of what all needs to be changed. In short, you are going to be pulling most of the dash out of the car to make this modification.
