hello, all!
i’m going to need front and rear brakes/rotors soon and I called around my local dealers (I live in central Connecticut). I tried to find insight here but to no avail, I didn’t find the answers i’m looking for. Dealerships quoted me upwards of 2,500-3K. I’m not agreeing or disagreeing but that seems downright outrageous. Per a local reputable indy specialist, those of us with this trim level have a heavy duty brake system. Am I being robbed for the cost or is this something i’d have to suck up and do? Sorry if this is already a topic of conversation elsewhere on the forums and many thanks for any input you have.

not knowing which model of XE you have hard to say. I have a 2017 XE 25T Prestige and had rear done at $400, then about a year later needed the front and also right around $400. These were done by my indie, didn't price dealer as their labor rate is ~$200/hr
