My car has the option for heated and cooled front seat cushion and seat back. They cooling is barely noticeable. When turned on to highest setting I can hear a fan running. Anybody else have this situation? Would be a great feature considering I have a black interior in Los Angeles.

 

its possible you have different expectations of what its supposed to do. its not a cooling feature, its a ventilation feature. if you hear the fan running, then its working.

its not supposed to freeze you like an AC would...but rather just push cool air under you.
