Front Passenger Door not unlocking

Hi everyone - just joined. Really happy with my XE. Unfortunately the front passenger door refuses to open from inside or out. I have tried both remotes. Any ideas or anyone else had the same problem? Thanks Paul

Probably the latch assembly. Seen this a couple times.
