I have a XE 2016 and it accepts my phone and will even remember it as a pairing but I have to connect every time I switch on the ignition even if I only turn off for a minute I then have to reconnect to bluetooth, find pairing ect. The same for my radio stations each time I start up I have to reset my preferred stations but lose them whenever I turn the ignition off. Very frustrating. Any help gratefully received. My phone is a samsung galaxy but have used my sons i phone and same issue occurred.

 

Sounds like an infotainment issue. May need to see if update is available.
