Exclamation Navigation on HUD and Engine OIL

Hi Guys,
I have Jaguar XE 3.0 R-sport 35T.
1. My car didn't had the Android auto and apple car play in it. I went to Jaguar and got the upgrade with 300 bucks.
My question is, If i use the inbuilt navigation i can see the navigation on my Heads up Display but if i use android auto or apple car play navigation doesn't come on HUD. is this normal or do i have to check with Jaguar again ?
2. And also my car service is due and i was thinking not to go to Jaguar for the normal Engine Oil change service. Any Oil specifications that i have to tell to the service mechanics before going for the Engine oil changes? What kind of Engine oil is used in the car ?

On your 2nd question, is scheduled maintenance not included with your car?

I bought this used car with 20,000 km on it. So I think I don't have scheduled maintenance with me right now.
But I did went to good dealer and they changed the oils and checked everything.
So everything is fine at this point.
My only query is now about the software upgrade that I had that includes Android auto and apple car play.
They don't display navigation on HUD but inbuild navigation do display on HUD.
And also I noticed if I am in Android auto and press the voice button on steering wheel it launches the inbuilt voice assistant instead of launching the Google assistant.
Any update on this will be helpful as if something is not working I will contact Jaguar about that.
Thanks
