Just wondering where you chaps are sourcing your brake pads and discs in the UK? Managed to find a set on ebay for the rear for a 2.0D 2017 for £75, Mintex branded. Are there any better deals out there?

 

Well, there may well be better deals price-wise, but do you really want to dredge the bottom of the market for such a safety-critical item ? What I like to see is a well-finished disc, so you don't see a rusty disc centre through the gaps in the wheel.
Or were you asking if there were cheaper prices for the Mintex set you mention ? There may well be, it's just a matter of trawling through the internet, I'm afraid.
