P20EE Code - NOx Sensor/O2 Sensor - Emissions Questions
Hi all,
I bought a 2017 Jaguar XE 2.0 diesel last week. 70,000km. I spotted a check engine light when looking at the car, scanned it with my reader and it showed code P2251 (O2 sensor), so the dealer replaced that sensor. The code was cleared and I took possession of the car.
I drove it for 30km and a new CEL came on. This time, my OBD2 reader says:
Second question - I read a lot about P20EE and how it could be caused by any number of items. Is it possible the dealer replacement of the O2 sensor had anything to do with this? Would a bad O2 sensor stop the SCR system from working (meaning this fault was always there, but not visible), or would any aspect of the replacement have caused these other codes?
Third question - any else I should look into? This looks very expensive... just my luck
If related to the O2 sensor, I might take it back to the crazy expensive dealer, but if not, I would take it to an independent garage. If P229F means might NOx sensor is definitely done for, I might try replacing that myself (has anyone had luck with cleaning them? Again, I read conflicting things online but given the cost I wonder if it's worth trying).
Any help at all would be appreciated.

- P20EE (SCR NOx Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1), and
- P229F (NOx Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Bank 2), however this is noted as a "Historic Fault". This did not appear when I first looked at the car.
