Hi all,

I have a Jaguar XE 2015 and Im facing an issue with one of the three power driver seat. Indeed the passenger seat is in supine position (as my wife used to use it as is when she was pregnant...) but since then it is impossible to get back to a normal position. Opening te back of the seat I can see that the motor is attempting to move however somehow stucked after a quarter of turn...
I found on this forum apparently a solution for the X-Type...

Did anybody face this on a XE? Thanks in advance for your feedbacks.

Without knowing how these seats work, I would try pulling up on the seat while operating the position switch. Perhaps it ran off the end of the gear, and you can get it to reengage? Just a thought.

 

Thanks for trying to help. the Seat remain stucked. I think I will order the gear for F-Type as described in the other thread and pray that it will be the same for XE...
