Default Replacing Nav/Media/USB/AUX module in Centre Console

Hi all, I think the SatNav/Media/USB/AUX module in the centre console of my 2016 XE might be toast. Bluetooth is not working, USB is not working and the Maps function is not working saying it cannot access the SD card. I was wondering if folks here can help on 2 questions.

1. How do I access the module in the arm-rest (I can see 2 screws once I open the arm rest that are easily accessible) but not sure if there is anything else I need to be aware of (hidden screws or clips).
2. The module seems readily available (about 50 pounds in the UK) - Is there anything I need to be aware of (Im assuming there is no special 'pairing' data stored in that module) and that I can just take the old one out and put the new one in and my map/nav SSD card should be fine.

Any help much appreciated.

I’d be willing to bet $5 the module is VIN coded. Take the car to the dealer instead of throwing parts at it. They can confirm the problem and do the replacement coding.

SOLVED - I noticed that both the Navigation and Bluetooth functionality was not working. When I selected Bluetooth from the head unit all the options were greyed out. After doing a bit of research I discovered that sometimes the problem can be solved by doing a Media Unit RESET. [NOte - when you do this you will loose previously stored information such as radio station, volume preferences, bluetooth parings etc etc]... To do this (on the head unit)...Go into Settings (the cog wheels). Then select SYSTEM. Then scroll down to the bottom of the SYSTEM setting screen and there is an option that says Delete All Personal Data. By selecting this option you not only delete your personally data (such as bluetooth pairing) but more importantly you RESET the whole system. After the system restarts I was able to put my Nav SIM card in and the system worked once again....Bluetooth also started working again (although I had to re-pair my devices and reset my radio station preferences)
