Is there any chance a resonator delete would void warranty?

I want to keep the 5 year warranty if I get this car so if there is any chance it will void I won't do it.

I am not offering legal advice, but a resonator delete does not alter nor changes how the car operates like tune. Simple bolt on/off piece.
If you are friendly with your JLR dealership; have them install it.
