Default V6 No longer?

I understand the V6 is no longer offered in the UK.

The super charged V6 was the main reason I bought the car, so I may have got it just in time.

Anyone know if it will be discontinued in Canada & the USA? It's still offered on the Can. website but this could be just until existing stck is sold.

Default V6 Only available in 'S; Models

Confirmed that the V6 version of the SE for 2018 is only being offered in the 'S' Type versions. I have a S AWD version and I am not certain that I would be interested in a 4 cyl option, although I have heard that these are quite quick. But, I didn't get a Jag to be just normal. I have friend that purchased a F-Type with a 4 cyl turbo and I will have to get some feedback from him.

Only reason I got the jag is because supercharged v6 for turbo 4 price on the competitors. The jaguar literally has nothing else on the competition

I'm confused because I see a bunch of 2018 for sale that have the 35t?

and tons others. I'm planning on buying at the end of the year and hope to find a nicely discounted 2018 V6

I think there was about a 6 month period that JLR was making 2018 35ts, however, it no longer is.

Well, the competition was not about speed for me. I understand we americans respect speed as a synonym for power over one another... but I grew up being told not to get hooked into the "fast cars" jazz.
Competition for me is also about the architecture and the lines, and the minimalist interior, and overall size of the body... and for me, the competition can't touch the XE.

V6 or not, it is still the most supernaturally agile car I've ever seen in a turn or swerve--it acts like it just doesn't care that that next swerve you do in a city expressway ISN'T supposed to be possible. It just does it, on command.
