Hi all! Looking at exhausts for my 2019 XE S and was wondering if anyone has experience. I've specifically had my eye on the M.A.B Tuning Valvetronic exhaust. I like the deeper sound it has in their test video and it's nice to be able to switch to a quiet mode for longer trips. Anyone had experience with them?

 

I don't have the MAB exhaust system, but I just had my mufflers replaced with the XForce Valvetronic universal mufflers:https://xforceusa.com/products/vmk10-250/
They were running a 25% off Black Friday special. I'll try and take some videos, but it added a nice deeper tone to the existing exhaust note. It's not too too loud. I've had it for about 2 weeks and have never closed the valves.

You can easily buy any universal black tips. I believe the stock tips are 3". I have 3.5" tips on mine right now. The exhaust tip just needs to have a 2.5" inlet

Any drone at low rpm, or when cruising on freeway?

 

Ordered the mab valvetronic XE v6 exhaust some time around June 1st. Unfortunately the communication has been limited via email and I don’t have international calling.

I was told 9-10 days after purchase I would be kept in the loop when asking for update but no word yet on timeframe or expectations. That has been a bit frustrating.

also of concern I paid the wrong shipping, and on the 10th when they told me I’d be kept in the loop they sent a link to pay shipping difference on their website. When I went to do so it wanted me to pay difference, PLUS more shipping as you must select a shipping cost on the website… effectively overcharging me. Emailed them about this on 12th and no response yet - I sent another email asking for response yesterday.

just documenting my experience so far, hopefully the communication improves and I can get a proper link to pay correct shipping… soon.

 

Got a response back that he has been busy, the exhaust is still being made, and that he (mab tuning/alexis Stephen) will sort shipping before sent.

Will let everyone know when I know and obviously respond with how well the exhaust is made/sounds.
