Hi,
2014 XF sportbrake radio has stopped working.
Started with DAB cutting out, now the radio doesn't work at all.
SAT nav seems to have gone as well.
Also noticed that the beeping from the park assist has stopped sounding also.

Please help.

You're actually in the wrong forum. This is for the X260, 2015 onwards model.

There's a forum for your X250 model on this site where you may get some more help
