Default 2017 XF AWD - Telephone audio from Bluetooth operation not high enough

My problem is that the telephone audio when using the Bluetooth operation is not sufficiently high enough, particularly when driving over 60km/h, thus preventing me from properly hearing or making out what the other person is saying. On the other hand the person on the other line apparently hears me well regardless of the speed. At lower speeds or when the vehicle is not moving the audio level seems correctly.
Any recommendations on this challenging issue?

Have you tried to increase your audio volume with the knob while conversing?

Hi there, for volume control go into system settings and there is volume setting that you select and go from there
