Question 2018 XF-S Infotainment screen and USB ports dead

Hi All,

I got back from a weeks Holiday on Sunday and picked up the car from the airport parking to find that the infotainment screen and USB ports in the central console are not working.
Nothing is showing on the dash (radio station, NAV etc), so that tells me its not turning on at all, not just a dead screen. All the other electrics are working fine and there is power going to the cigarette lighter port on the rear of the central console, as I have a dash cam plugged into it which is working fine.
I've checked the fuses (only have fuses in slots 44 & 45 in the boot fuse box) and did the whole, take out, wait 5 mins put back in and restart engine, to no avail.
I have a battery tester arriving via Bezzos tomorrow so will check levels as I understand that it could be a sign the battery is on its way out (it's the original battery) but can anyone offer any other advice on what to check?

Thanks in advance
NB

Mine is a 2018 and the OEM battery was replaced 2 years ago. Bought an H7 Interstate AGM battery at NTB. Costco sells Interstate as well. So far the replacement battery has been great. Advance auto sells H7 Diehard AGM battery, a good brand too

Hi
Mine is a 2013 XF Sportbrake. Had an identical fault occur as I was driving. Audio display went blank and fell silent. I was listening to USB music as it happened. Satnav went unresponsive. Reversing camera ceased to display. Like you I thought (having an XJ8 history) that it may be a voltage problem. Its not.
Mine has the double batteries to support ecostart. Technician diagnostic suggested a fault in the Integrated entertainment module. Problem is they are quoted at UKP2000+.
Any other suggestions. Do we know anyone who can repair the module? Otherwise it is silent driving.
Chris
