My new XF Portfolio (March 2018) electric driver's seat is extremely uncomfortable. The controls on the seat don't match the handbook (or the downloaded handbook from the Jaguar website) and it seems to have a mind of its own by slowly inflating the lumbar supports after about 20 min driving and forgetting any seat settings I put in the memory (M1). It is going back to the dealer under guarantee next month to be sorted and I'll be interested to see what happens. Anyone else have a similar problem?

 

Nope. I set mine too to M1 and nobody else drives it so my settings which work for my old back are just fine for me. I don't get a sort lower back on a trip which is the evidence I need. Good luck sorting out your settings.
