Looking to see if others have had this issue.

My 2012 Jaguar XF boot does not open w fob, release inside cabin, or release button on boot itself.
I can hear the lock releasing and get partial unlock so the trunk is ajar but I can't open.

When I took this into my local Minneapolis, Jaguar dealer they quickly crawled thru backseat and opened. They then replaced the locking mechanism and called it fixed. This lasted 1 month then it started sticking but still opening w pressure. But now it will not open w pressure

Sidenote last winter my battery died and the boot released and opened w no pressure after the battery was completely dead

Any thoughts / ideas
