I am a newbie like you, but not unfamiliar to the world of mods. For a CAI I would just choose one of the reputable brand names and go with that choice.

Just today I installed the Mina Gallery performance intake tube kit and filters... love it!

Is your XF 340 hp supercharged V6? If so, supercharged engines don't benefit much from intake modifications. If you want to mod, your best bet is to apply F-type 400 hp tune as V6 engines (340, 380 and 400) are essentially the same.

(however any tuning will void your engine warranty)

Yes I have the V6. I will be tuning and adding the lower crank pulley after changing my exhaust and upgrading the Intercooler/radiator.

Make sure to visit F-type forum, you will be able to learn a lot about mods, as your car has the same engine.

Personally, I don't think pulley is a worthwhile upgrade, it just brings peak power to lower RPM and the trade off is earlier drop-off.
